Mobile escape room for companies
Cyber Box is a mobile escape room that comes to your company, hotel or event. Instead of a puzzle room there are boxes: each team gets its own and has 120 minutes to open it. A single game can host 10 to 160 participants.
A live team-building game about real cyber threats.
How the mobile escape room works
We bring the boxes, tablets and a central unit. We set up the stations and split participants into teams of 6–8. Each team gets its own box and tablet, and everyone can see the remaining time on the central unit screen. Teams solve puzzles, crack codes and look for clues, running into traps known from real cyber attacks along the way: fake emails, cloned voices and attempts to extract information.
An assistant on the tablet guides each team, and our game masters support participants on site. The organiser does not need to prepare or run anything.
An escape room in your office, hotel or conference
A mobile escape room does not need a special venue. It works well:
- in the office, in a conference room or in an open space,
- in a hotel during a company trip,
- at a conference or an employee event,
- outdoors.
On site we need one table (at least 180 × 70 cm) for each box, one power socket for the central unit and a screen to show the intro. The boxes do not need to be plugged in. If there are no tables or screen, we can provide them for an extra fee.
Team building for large groups: up to 160 people at once
In a traditional escape room one room usually fits just a few people, so a larger team has to be split into rounds or sent to different rooms. With Cyber Box everyone plays at the same time, in the same place.
Every team has the same box and the same goal. When one group finishes early, it can help the others. A shared clock counts down for everyone, so the game ends together rather than in several separate groups. It is team building for the whole company, where nobody loses.
Mobile vs. traditional escape room
| Cyber Box mobile escape room | Traditional escape room | |
|---|---|---|
| Location | At your place: office, hotel, event | At the provider’s venue |
| Travel for participants | Not needed | The whole group has to travel |
| People playing at once | 10–160 | Usually a few people per room |
| Whole group plays together | Yes, teams can help each other | Each room plays separately |
| Theme | Real-life cyber threats | Various fictional scenarios |
| Debrief after the game | Yes, led by the game master | Depends on the venue |
Team building with a theme that sticks
Most team-building games end the moment the team leaves the room. Here something stays. Participants see for themselves how easy it is to fall for a well-prepared message or recording, and they start noticing such situations.
Cyber Box is not training and does not replace it. It is a team-building game that raises awareness of cyber threats. It works well as a complement to training or as part of a company security day. You can read more about the game on the Cyber Box homepage. See also how Cyber Box works as company team building.

Questions about the mobile escape room
Can an escape room be organised in an office?
Yes. All it takes is space for tables, one power socket and a screen. Nothing needs to be installed or permanently rearranged.
How many people can play at once?
From 10 to 160. Each team has 6–8 people and its own box and tablet. All teams play at the same time, and those that finish early can help the others.
Is a mobile escape room suitable for a conference or company trip?
Yes. The game takes 120 minutes, so it fits into a programme slot, and we provide all the staff.
Do participants need to be good with computers?
No. What counts is cooperation, attentiveness and communication, not technical knowledge.
Can the game be run in English?
Yes, we run it in Polish or in English.
