Cybersecurity team building for companies

A live team game that brings people together and raises awareness of cyber threats.

10–160 people • 120 minutes • at the venue of your choice • PL / EN

Team building your people will remember for more than the fun

Cyber Box is an escape room that we bring to your company, hotel or event. Teams of 6–8 work together to open a box full of puzzles. Along the way they face phishing, deepfakes and social engineering: traps any employee could run into.

To win, participants have to talk, share information and make decisions under time pressure. No technical knowledge is needed.

What your company gains

  • Integration: people from different departments play towards a shared goal.
  • Better cooperation: clues are scattered, so nobody can solve the tasks alone.
  • Greater vigilance: every puzzle shows a real trap, such as a fake email or a forged recording.
  • A shared topic to talk about: after the game, a game master goes through the traps and what to watch out for in daily work.

What the game looks like

  1. Introduction. Participants split into teams, and each team gets its own box.
  2. Gameplay. An assistant on the tablet guides each team, and our game masters support participants on site.
  3. Deepfakes and AR. AI generates images and videos for the deepfake challenges, and the tablets add augmented reality.
  4. Debrief. Each team sees a summary on its tablet, and a game master goes through what happened.

When it works best

  • team building for a department or the whole company,
  • a company retreat or a hotel meeting,
  • a conference or an event for employees or clients,
  • an add-on to a security awareness programme,
  • a complement to cybersecurity training.

A game, not a training course

Cyber Box does not replace cybersecurity training. It is a team game that raises awareness of cyber threats and works well alongside training.

Hassle-free organisation

We bring all the equipment, set up the stations and provide the staff. All we need is:

  • one power socket for the central unit,
  • a screen: a TV or a projector.

Setup takes up to 1 hour for a few dozen people, and 1.5–2 hours for larger groups.
