Engaging team building
Cyber Box is an interactive escape-room-style team game that we bring to your company. Teams of 6–8 spend 120 minutes opening a box full of puzzles together, facing phishing, deepfakes and social engineering along the way. The game brings the team together, improves communication and cooperation, and raises awareness of cyber threats that any employee may encounter day to day. We set everything up, run the game and handle it end to end. See how the mobile escape room for companies works or how it works as company team building.

ENGAGES
Participants don’t watch from the sidelines. They make decisions, solve tasks and act under time pressure.

RAISES AWARENESS
Phishing, social engineering and deepfakes show up in the game the way they do in real life. The team learns to notice them.

CONNECTS
To complete the mission, the team has to communicate, share information and decide together.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

WE SPLIT INTO TEAMS
Participants work in groups of 6–8.

THE CYBER MISSION BEGINS
Each team gets a box, a storyline and a goal.

YOU SOLVE THE TASKS
Codes, clues, phishing, social engineering, AI and decisions under time pressure.

YOU WORK TOGETHER
No one can solve it all alone.

FINALE AND TAKEAWAYS
We close the game with a debrief of the experience and key observations.
AWARENESS STARTS
WITH PEOPLE
-
Most attacks start
with a person, not a system -
A fake email or a cloned voice
is easy to miss in a hurry, -
It is better to talk about threats
before they happen, -
A team that communicates well
notices sooner that something is wrong.
-
Cyber Box does not replace training.
It makes cyber threats stop being abstract.
Technology that enhances the experience

AI DEEPFAKES
AI generates images and videos for the deepfake challenges. An assistant on the tablet guides each team through the game.

Augmented Reality
AR brings game elements to life, reveals hidden clues, and transports the team into a digital world of cyber threats.

Technology, that engages
The combination of AI and AR guarantees excitement, cooperation and unforgettable experiences that stay with participants long after the game ends.
Frequently asked questions
What is Cyber Box?
It is an interactive team game in an escape-room format. Working in small teams, participants solve puzzles, crack codes and make decisions under time pressure, with a storyline built on real cyber threats. The aim is to bring the team together, improve communication and cooperation, and sharpen awareness of phishing, deepfakes and social engineering.
How much does Cyber Box cost?
A game for a group of up to 30 participants costs PLN 7,000 net plus travel costs. Larger groups are quoted individually, and we send a quote within 24 hours.
How many people can take part?
Groups of 10 to 160 participants. People work in teams of 6–8, and each team has its own box.
How long does the game take?
The game takes 120 minutes, including the introduction and debrief. Setup comes on top of that: up to an hour for a few dozen participants and 1.5–2 hours for larger events.
Where can the game take place?
Anywhere you choose: in your office, a hotel, a conference room or outdoors. We bring all the equipment with us, and the boxes do not need to be plugged in. All we need is one power socket for the central unit.
What do you need on site?
One table of at least 180 × 70 cm for each box, plus one power socket for the central unit and a screen (TV or projector) to show the intro and outro, which also needs power. If the venue has no tables or screen, we can provide them for an extra fee.
Do you operate across Poland?
Yes, we run the game anywhere in Poland and, on request, abroad. Events abroad are quoted individually.
Is the game available in English?
Yes, we run Cyber Box in Polish or in English.
How far in advance do we need to book?
If the date is free, we can run the game with just a few days’ notice. The earlier you book, the wider the choice of dates.
Who runs the game?
An assistant on the tablet guides each team, and our game masters support participants on site. One staff member looks after every 3–4 boxes. The organiser does not need to prepare or run anything.
Do teams compete with each other?
They don’t have to. Every team has the same box and the same goal, and a shared clock counts down for everyone. A team that finishes early can help the others.
What do participants get after the game?
Each team sees a summary of its game on its tablet. The game master then goes through how the teams worked together, which traps appeared in the game and what to watch out for in everyday work.
Does Cyber Box replace cybersecurity training?
No. Cyber Box is a team game that raises awareness of cyber threats, not a course. It works well as a complement to training, an addition to a security awareness programme, or simply as a team-building event with an interesting theme. Participants leave more alert, but knowledge and procedures come from training.
How is Cyber Box different from a regular team-building event?
Beyond having fun, the team takes away something practical. Each puzzle shows a real trap: a fake email, a cloned voice or video, an attempt to extract information. After the game, the game master explains what happened and what to watch out for at work.
Do participants need IT knowledge?
No. The game is for all employees, whatever their department. What counts is cooperation, attentiveness and communication, not technical knowledge.
